I realize it’s been about 3 weeks since I’ve had a weigh in post. I’ve been struggling, not with working out, but with my eating. While I’ve been eating healthy for the most part, I’ve also had one too many white mocha with caramel coffees from Starbucks here lately. I have not been as disciplined as I should be in this area. Trust me, Starbucks hasn’t been my only downfall. Just know I haven’t been eating as healthy as I should. That’s one confession.
Here is my second confession. Those 5 lbs I lost…I gained back. Not more than 5 lbs, just the 5 lbs I lost. So basically starting over again on those 17 lbs I gained. However, I did lose 2 lbs this past week so 15 more to go. Hey, I’m human and imperfect…and I love Starbucks.
However, if there is one thing that will motivate me to lay off the Starbucks for a while, it’s a picture of me. I took these 2 days ago to have some before pics. I’m pretty sure if I get my nutrition back like it should be those abs would really be defined! These pics are serious motivation for me! I’m pretty sure 10 of those pounds are in my boo-tay! lol Just know, it was not easy for me to post those pics…I came way out of my comfort zone in doing so. Oh and yes my face is covered up, didn’t realize that till after, but I just woke up so it was probably a good thing! I can be quite scary looking first thing in the morning. 🙂
Starting over sucks…period. Now that I’ve put myself out there with these pics, there is no turning back, no more cheating, no more excuses. It’s time to make it happen.
