I just found your blog – wow I am impressed with your weight loss – I was trying to find some info on your blog – how much did you lose ? how long did it take you? After two kids I am at 190 I need to lose at least 50 pounds to be in a healthy weight for my height – did you do weight watchers or another type of program?

Hi Karrie, I lost 69 lbs from Jan 2011 to Nov 2011. I didn’t follow a specific program. I worked out 3 days a week with a trainer, and did cardio the other 2 days, like running or spin class. As far as eating I focused on lean protein, veggies, and fruit, while limiting carbs, dairy, and fats. I am a firm believer in not depriving myself. If I splurged it was in moderation.
