I can’t believe we just celebrated another new year. It’s crazy how fast 2013 went. It was one of our busiest years yet which is why I barely had time to blog. 2014 is going to be a great year. My blog will be getting another makeover. I’ll be adding new features and removing others.
This year I also plan to get back to making my workouts a priority. Towards the end of 2013 getting a workout in was super hard. 2014 will be different. This will be the year of NO EXCUSES! I will find time and make time for working out, even if that means a 5:30 am workout for this non-morning person or an evening run at the track no matter how tired I am. Healthy eating will also take center stage in my life. I’ve gotten so far off track it’s not even funny. I don’t even want to blog about how or why either, I just want to start fresh and go from there. 3 years ago when I first began my journey I made myself a priority for the first time in my life. Working out and eating right weren’t optional, they were mandatory, and that’s how it’s going to be from now on.
3 years ago I had worked up to running 3 miles, but sadly I can barely run one lap at this point. I would like to have a goal for total mileage ran this year. I’m not sure what the goal should be so any suggestions would be great!
So here’s to a NEW YEAR…bring it 2014!!!
