I’ve been cleared to workout! Yeah!!! I’m gonna be honest here, and get a little personal. I wasn’t really worried that I’d be cleared to workout…until yesterday morning. So what happened yesterday morning that caused me to be a little nervous? Well…I didn’t exactly follow doctor’s orders…and neither did my hubby. 😉 I’m sorry but 6 weeks is just too darn long for me! We went against doctor’s order twice, but after the second time I woke up yesterday spotting a little, which meant I had to confess to her my “sins.” She just laughed and said it was great I was feeling up to it and that is was normal and all is good! Uh…I was ready after the 3rd week! lol So that means that tomorrow the healthy and fit lifestyle starts back up!
I will begin logging in my workouts and meals, and I plan to take a before pic. The reason for this is because after not working out in 4 months I’ve lost quite a bit of muscle tone and some (hanging head in shame) has been replaced by fat. I haven’t stepped on the scale in over 2 weeks, but tomorrow I will. I will with shame and cringe at the number that may show up. The number is not what my weight loss will be based on though, it will be by inches lost. Remember muscle takes up less space than fat!
