You kick booty! Way to go! I love the incorporation of more cardio. I have been doing that on my non-CF days. You are going to kick this challenge’s buns!!

I didn’t enter the challenge, it’s just for my viewers, but I am definitely working to get the extra weight off. I love that it has more cardio than CF, especially the running. 🙂
